Frequently asked questions
Are there any transaction fees?
TechVerity charges a small transaction fee on completed sales: 8% for Starter, 5% for Pro, and 3% for Business. There are no fees on purchases.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers for Business plans. Payouts to sellers are sent via bank transfer or supported digital wallets.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your listings remain active until the end of your billing period.
How does device verification work?
Sellers submit photos and device details. Our verification team reviews condition accuracy, checks for stolen device databases, and assigns a TechVerity Condition Grade before the listing goes live.
